Returns & Refunds Policy

At Basquill Books, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
If there is a problem with your order, we will put it right as quickly as possible.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your book arrives physically damaged or with a manufacturing issue (such as misprints, missing pages, repeated pages or binding faults)…, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the damage or manufacturing fault – A photo allows us to arrange a replacement quickly with our print partner.

We will arrange a free replacement.

Please note that minor typographical errors or small formatting variances are not considered faults, as they do not affect the readability or use of the book.

(There is no need to return the damaged or misprinted book — you may keep or recycle it.)

Wrong Item Received

If you receive an incorrect item, we will replace it immediately at no cost to you.

Change of Mind Returns

Because books are easily damaged in transit once opened, we do not accept returns for change of mind or if the item has already been read.
